So I was going to call this post “Roasted Bell Pepper and Goat Cheese Pasta Alfredo” (phew!!!), but I figured that would be a mouth-full! Speaking of mouth-full, that’s exactly what you will want to do with this pasta once you try it. If you’re not a goat cheese lover (I’m not a big fan, but I’m getting there) you still have to give it a chance. This pasta was delish. Check it out!
Okay so I don’t have a recipe for this one BUT that’s only because I’m providing you with the link. I found this recipe on pinterest and the pin took me Lauren’s Latest (check it out!). There I found this wonderful recipe for this pasta alfredo with a twist. People, you HAVE to check it out. The only thing I changed was I added some sauteed chicken breast (I used 2 small chicken breasts, diced, seasoned with salt and pepper and sauteed in some olive oil) and I topped it off with fresh basil. The hubby and I absolutely LOVED this one!
Oh and instead of using my immersion blender I stuck the ingredients for the sauce into my regular blender and smoothed it out.
